For those problems that are difficult to describe or resolve over the telephone, the FlexCare Lite service also includes remote support, whereby a Flexsys engineer can connect to any computer with an Internet connection.
This allows the engineer to take control of the computer and make any changes necessary to correct the problem. For your peace of mind, the connection can only be made at the invitation of the customer and is fully encrypted.

For a nominal extra charge, you can also take advantage of our anti-malware solution, giving your computers state-of-the-art protection against viruses, Trojans and spyware. (Please note that failure to maintain adequate virus and spyware protection on any computer could result in additional costs being payable in the event of a malware infection).
